Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?
Sasha announced that he is transgender. Sasha was able to get through the difficult times with his music and family's support. Jim and Sasha - both songwriters - are just beginning to form the official duo of music. Since then they've performed at various local events, such as open mics. The Voice coaches never discussed Sasha's past, however Jim and Sasha told their stories through a short video that was shown prior to their performance. Jim and Sasha spoke about the genre of music they enjoy, as well as the way Sasha took up guitar the very first time at age six. Sasha was able to master the musical form faster since his father was an educator. Sasha is a woman who was born, and struggled with his identity as a child. In an earlier post on Facebook, the 11-year old lady opened up and talked about his challenges. Jim fell to his knees in tears as he shared the reasons of his reasons for not being able to participate in. Sasha Allen (The Voice contestant) was a little girl at the time her birth. Sasha Allen turns 19 in 2021. Sasha began to transition from male when he first began high school. "I'm the third trans person to appear on the show, and I'm very excited to represent our trans people on an enormous platform," Sasha wrote on Instagram.
