Kellie Martin (born Kellie Marien) is an acclaimed American actor. Kellie Martin has appeared in many films and TV shows, such as "Christy", a story of a girl called Christy Huddleston. She is also known for playing the title role in the 'Hailey Dean Mystery' series. Martin's acting journey began when she was just seven when her aunt, the former nanny who took care on the kids of Michael Landon, helped secure a spot as a special character in the 1982 film 'Father Murphy.' Following her graduation from Yale University in 1982, Martin decided to pursue her acting career more than just a hobby. Her roles were significant on TV as well as on the big screen. Martin is, in addition to being an excellent actor and dancer, she is also a skilled ballet photographer. Since she is a mother of two kids, she's become the National spokesperson for Lupus. She has promoted awareness of the disease since her sister's death from the illness at age 19.
